Go Go Greenery

You might have noticed that most (not all, there are exceptions!) beautiful homes have a degree of nature in them. Potted plants, cacti, flowers; all of these elements bring the outdoors in and make your space more visually and emotionally appealing.

Caring for plants properly can be difficult, but it's not impossible. If you're looking for something low key that packs a big punch, consider adopting a peace lily or even some succulents. You can travel and totally neglect these babies and they won't be corpses upon your return. All plants require some degree of maintenance, but even the greenest thumb will tell you they are easy starter plants.

Start noticing interiors of spaces that you love, and you'll probably take note of the greenery there. Take inventory of your current stock (if any) and make a road map of plants that you'd like to have in your home - but start slowly. A bathroom or a kitchen is a great place to host a few lil' succulents and you'll be able to start small before you go big. Get growing!
