The single-guy guide to getting your new condo furnished

Listen up.

If you’re sitting there scratching your head about what to put in your new condo, you’re not alone. Most of the single guys we work with don’t have a clear idea of how they want their home to look.

They walk through IKEA picking out loveseats and ottomans, only to find that none of their stuff matches, or that it doesn’t create the feel they were going for. So, what’s the difference between doing it yourself and hiring an interior designer? Well, our job is to give you the home you love without you having to figure out what you love. We figure it out for you.

You come to us and tell us, “Okay, so I have a yoga mat, a desktop computer, and a Peloton bike. Can you make my place look good? My only requirement is a pull-out couch for my son to sleep on. This is what it looks like right now....”

Then we show you a sampling of different styles to get a general idea of what you like and dislike, and we create a mood board of what we’re envisioning based on your responses. Don’t worry, it isn’t scary. It’s just a quick mockup design of your living room, bedroom, etc. Kind of like a concept car. It’ll give you a way better understanding of what your fabulous new pad will look like upon completion.

You sign off on the overall vibe without having to select the individual items yourself. Then you go skiing for a couple of days while we sneak in and install everything for you. Everything from TVs and plants (that don’t need a lot of love) to forks and hand towels.

Then you come home, and it’s done, and you’re one happy camper! Ta daaaaaaa!
